Notes focus on public surveys, agency documentation and peer-reviewed or institutional papers that discuss secondary jobs, contingent work or platform-mediated employment. Selection favors instruments with transparent questionnaires and published methodology.
How sources are cited
Each note names the agency or authors, the instrument or paper, and the limits that matter for interpretation. Where findings are contested, the critique appears in the same section as the summary.
What Zinc Plate does not do
The desk does not offer personalized advice, therapy, coaching, crisis intervention or outcome promises. It does not publish testimonials or reviews.
How we advertise
Paid placements, when used, do not presume the employment status, income needs or platform participation of anyone who sees them. Landing pages correspond to the claims made in the creative: measurement notes, not income prescriptions.
