Refund policy
When a paid product is offered, refunds follow this 30-day window.
Window
Eligible refund requests may be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
How to request
Email [email protected] with the order reference, purchase date and reason for the request.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a commercially reasonable period set by the processor, typically several business days after approval.
Limits
Free editorial pages are not sold and therefore are not refundable as products. Abuse, chargeback fraud or duplicate requests may be declined where lawful.
Legal rights
This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights under Brazilian law.
